(hot) take on the tan: Coco & Eve’s Honey Bali Bronzing Foam has been sold out for months so needless to say, I was very excited to try it and see what all of the hype was about. Well, the results are in and it’s definitely worth the hype. The best parts about this tanner are the smell (a fruity smell foreign to self tanners), the even finish, the dry time, and the actual tan itself. Despite the green-grey color guide, the tan develops into a rich golden bronze shade. So yeah, basically it is that good. I’d recommend those who are new to self tanners try out the medium shade, while vets can handle the dark and ultra dark shades.
how we applied: On clean, dry skin swiped two layers of the tanning mousse on each body part. I saved the hands and feet for last and used a lotion as a barrier cream on the palms of my hands, bottoms of my feet, elbows, and ankles. Then, I used Coco & Eve’s signature Kabuki Brush to apply a light layer to the tops of my hands and feet, making sure to get all creases. I slept in the solution so it developed for about nine hours.
