(hot) take on the tan: As I prefer a darker tan, I mixed six drops in with my nightly moisturizer and woke up to a tan that was bronze yet natural-looking, and skin that was soft and dewy. The tan lasted for about three days (which is great considering my regular use of AHAs and BHAs), until I felt the need to reapply. My favorite part about these drops are the smoothing, glowy effect they give to the skin — almost like a filter — which made me rethink to need to apply my daily tinted moisturizer. But that’s not all, the drops also leave an evenly tanned complexion — even in hard-to-tan places like the eyebrows and hairline.

how we applied: I opted to apply the drops to my face and neck as the last step in my nightly skincare routine. I dropped about six drops into my favorite moisturizer and applied from the neck up in an upward motion, then to my face in an outward motion toward the hairline. The drops begin to develop in about four hours, but I slept in mine for about eight hours before waking up to a medium bronze glow. Pro tip: Don’t forget to wash your hands after applying.
