(hot) take on the tan: My favorite part about this solution was the even fade. This solution’s fade is by far one of the most even, natural-looking fades I’ve experienced — which I’m sure can be attributed to the infusion of hyaluronic acid. By day four of a spray tan, I typically notice a patchy, fading tan on my wrists and hands, however, with Twilight’s solution it simply just got lighter in color about six days after application.
Now, for the rest of the solution: I applied at night and rinsed in the morning so the solution could develop into the darkest shade possible. (It’s also worth noting that my skin didn’t feel super parched as it often does when my tan is developing.) The end result was a deep rich brown tan about five shades darker than my natural skin tone that canceled out my yellowish undertones. The tan lasted for about a week before beginning to fade. And as mentioned, had a fade that simply can’t be beat.
