how we applied: On clean dry skin I held the bottle about five inches away and sprayed the mist on my face and neck. I used a tanning mitt to blend on to the surface of my skin. I left the tanning mist on for six hours and my skin was left one to two shades darker and resulted in a natural-looking, streak-free golden glow.
