(hot) take on the tan: The Fox Tan launched its sunless tanning collection in June 2022 after years of building a cult following for its UV tan accelerating products. The collection launched with three products: Dark Tropical Self Tan Creme, Dark Tropical Self Tan Mousse, and Gradual Self Tan Face Serum. The mousse is a great start to their mousse collection as it delivers a natural-looking tan that is about two to three shades darker and lasts for about four days before fading. The best parts about this mousse are that it is virtually unscented and dries quicker than most mousses.
The Fox Tan Dark Self Tanning Mousse
how we applied: On clean, dry skin I swiped two layers of the tanning mousse on each body part. I saved the hands and feet for last and used a lotion as a barrier cream on the palms of my hands, bottom of my feet, elbows, and ankles. Then, I used a kabuki brush to apply a light layer to the tops of my hands and feet, making sure to get all creases. I slept in the solution so it developed for about nine hours. The color after the first initial rinse was a tan that was two to three shades darker.
